Winter has come to our yard. A foggy winter day is a different feeling. We have to wear heavy clothes from morning. I love to see the morning. Date juice and jaggery are very tasty. Pais, a variety of winter pies, is made with date juice and jaggery in winter. For example: Palm pitha, date molasses Jilapi etc. are prepared. Date jaggery is known as Patali, Nalen jaggery, Hazari jaggery according to taste and quality. Finally, winter is a good time for us.
Our body has different organs. Regular movement of our organs is called exercise. This is also called exercise. Through this the body structure is formed beautifully. Along with the body structure, our physical and mental condition also improves. As our mind is entertained through this exercise or physical exercise, our spirit of cooperation is also developed.
1. Push up: This exercise is done to increase the strength of the arms. Putting both hands on the ground and keeping the body straight from the head to the feet up and down is called push up.
(a) Body should be kept straight with the face towards the ground and resting on the palms.
(b) The body will be in one line from shoulders to ankles.
(c) Weight should be placed on the toes.
Heels will be high.
(d) Knees should be together and straight.
When you say one or up, the body will go up, when you say two or down, the body will go down. But the body will not touch the ground. In this way exercise should be done as per capacity.
Exercise keeps our body healthy. So we have to exercise every morning.
